From the Headmistress of Chorister School
Friday, 5 December 2025

The Christmas season is upon us, and this week has marked the beginning of our festive celebrations. I was delighted to attend the Advent Procession on Sunday—a beautifully atmospheric service in which the Choristers performed with exceptional professionalism.

On Monday, we lit our School Christmas Tree, now standing resplendent in the foyer. The children's personalised baubles bring a smile to everyone's faces: a unique collection of individual decorations that together represent the spirit of our school community.

Yesterday, EYFS treated us to their wonderful nativity play, A Miracle in Town. It was a fantastic performance from the youngest members of our school, full of confidence, stage presence, joyful singing, and enthusiastic music-making. What a delight! Thank you to all who joined us for this memorable occasion and for your generous donations to our chosen Christmas charity, Coxhoe Dogs and Cats Home.

Thank you also for your support this afternoon while The Bailey is closed for the Christmas Festival.

Best wishes for a restful and enjoyable weekend ahead.
