Poole House

I have no idea how we are already at the end of the teaching year. This year seems to have gone by in a flash with so many incredible moments to look back on. This week has been no different to any other, filled to the brim with activities and the boys excelling in many other areas on top of their classroom achievements. For instance, the incredible Junior production of Shrek. A huge well done to all involved both on and behind the stage, it was a huge commitment, and they should all be proud of what they have achieved.

Pupils have also completed their Bronze, Silver, and Gold Duke of Edinburgh awards this week. Many of them have returned to school looking slightly tired. Having heard the reports from Mr Sewell, it sounds like they have all had a wonderful experience. Well done to all involved.

As I write this, Mr Micklem is still holding on to his beard; however, hopefully we will have raised enough money for him to have it shaved off in Friday morning assembly. Hopefully, this will take us over the £5000 for our efforts for MND association.
