From the Chorister School
Friday, 8 November 2024

It has been a quietly productive week as we returned after the half term break and settled back into routines.

In Pre-Prep, rehearsals for the two nativity productions, "Baubles" and "Dinky the Donkey" are well underway and at Cathedral site daily rehearsals of popular Christmas classic songs are a joy to hear.

We were delighted earlier this week when a volunteer from the Cathedral's Foodbank Donation Point delivered a card of thanks which recorded that our Harvest Festival food drive weighed in at 283.4kg - enough to provide a meal every day for almost a year for one person.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to send in donations to contribute towards this fantastic achievement. Our congratulations to Rafa, Julia, Eldwin and Joseph who were made full Choristers this week. Very well done to them all - good luck for your onward Chorister journey.

Next week is Anti-Bullying Week and there are several initiatives planned at both sites, including Odd Socks Day on Tuesday. Please see our newsletter for more information.
