No doubt we will all breathe a sigh of relief as a long and busy half term comes to an end. My thanks to all of you for the support you have shown to your sons and daughters throughout the term with all of the activities which have taken place. This week has been no exception: on Monday, we enjoyed a fantastic concert from our music scholars and the breadth and depth of talent was a joy to see. My thanks to Mr Bowler, Dr Hardy and all of the music staff for the time and dedication they put into supporting the musicians at the school. This week saw an exciting victory for the First XV as they saw off St Peter's to move through to the next round of the National Cup, and a tough tie against QEGS Wakefield awaits. So, all that remains is for me to wish all of you a restful half term break, an d I look forward to seeing you at the Friends' Fireworks display after half term.
