The Caffinites

I would like to start by expressing my excitement at welcoming everyone back to the House. It's hard to believe that the first week has already flown by and the summer break is now a distance memory. I hope that our new students have comfortably settled into their new routines and are beginning to feel like members of The Caffinites family. I want each and every individual here to take pride in being a part of The Caffinites House, and from what I've observed so far, it appears that the boys are already embracing the same mindset.

This week has seen The House bustling with activity, as the start-of-term routines and new timetables smoothly fall into place. Our new Year 7 students have integrated into the daily life of the House, and it's been pleasing to see them making new friendships with their peers and engaging with everyone in our community. As always, Molly, our House dog, has quickly become a beloved presence once again, receiving plenty of cuddles and affectionate strokes from our Year 7 pupils.

The Common Room and Games Room have played vital roles in facilitating interactions among pupils from different year groups, with everyone mixing together to build stronger friendships, share experiences, and foster a sense of community around the House.

However, if any of our Year 7 or 8 pupils require a quiet place to study, they can always access the quiet studies during lunchtime or after school. All pupils have now received a prep diary, and I kindly ask that you check and sign it on a weekly basis.

Additionally, your son's tutors will also check and sign the diary each week. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this, please don't hesitate to contact tutors as your initial point of contact.

Finally, I am extremely keen for your son to make the most of their time at school and to enjoy everything that The Caffinites House has to offer.

Have a great weekend
