Last weekend was special for the Choristers in many ways. Firstly, for Saturday Evensong and Sunday Eucharist and Matins, the Girls and Boys were joined by Lincoln Cathedral Choir boys. It was great to host them and sing and worship together. Then, on Sunday afternoon the Girls travelled to Holy Trintiy, Usworth as part of the Deanery Evensong scheme, sharing the magic of the Choral Evensong arriving with the Congregation. Rehearsals have been underway this week for tomorrow, where the choir travels to St Mary’s Cathedral in Edinburgh to sing Evensong.
